How we help children and families
Our Mission
The Superhero Center for Autism empowers individuals with autism and their families through opportunities and resources that inspire growth, resilience and potential. We foster a judgement free community where families connect in meaningful ways to champion our children’s abilities and help them live their best lives. We provide unwavering support, education, resources and a space where our families can be their authentic selves.
Our Vision
To work together to create a world where individuals and families navigating autism and other special needs flourish.
Located at 4205 Galleria in Loves Park, Ill., our community center is a judgment-free space where all children with special needs and their families can feel safe, empowered, supported, and free to be themselves.
We offer support for superheroes, parents, and superhero siblings to build relationships, share ideas, and discuss how special needs play such a big role in our lives. We also offer parent resources to help navigate through the special needs world including IEPs, therapy options, and daily life challenges.
We are a non-profit organization made up of families who support one another and educate each other. We welcome families impacted with autism or other special needs to join us.
