How we help children and families
Our Mission
The Superhero Center for Autism empowers remarkable individuals with autism and their families by offering opportunities and resources that inspire growth, resilience, and boundless possibilities. We are committed to fostering a judgement free community where families can connect in meaningful ways to champion our children’s abilities, encourage their potential, and help them live their best lives. We do this by providing unwavering support, education, essential resources and a space where they can be their authentic selves.
Our Vision
Our vision is to work together to create a world where individuals and families navigating autism and other special needs can flourish.
Located at 4205 Galleria in Loves Park, Ill., our community center is a judgment-free space where all children with special needs and their families can feel safe, empowered, supported, and free to be themselves.
We offer support for superheroes, parents, and superhero siblings to build relationships, share ideas, and discuss how special needs play such a big role in our lives. We also offer parent resources to help navigate through the special needs world including IEPs, therapy options, and daily life challenges.
We are a non-profit organization made up of families who support one another and educate each other. We welcome families impacted with autism or other special needs to join us.
