Jim Taylor is a writer and managing editor for Northwest Quarterly Magazine. He is originally from Canada, where he made his living as a writer for children’s television and an actor, comedian, and instructor with the Second City.

Jim moved to Rockford in 2016 and can usually be found spending time with his wife Stefanie and their son, Hudson, who is the Superhero Center’s biggest fan.
